Going through registers by hand is slow, and it is easy to miss something. So the system watches for changes for you.

How it’s used.

  1. Monitored companies.

The overview shows monitored companies, problems, alerts, and the status of the last check.

The registry monitoring overview: the number of monitored companies, companies with problems, notifications, and the update status.
  2. Changes show up on their own.

The system compares the register with its previous state. You see a new registered office or a change in management right away.

Change detection: at monitored companies, a change of the registered office address, the statutory body, or the shareholders.
  3. Group chart.

The parent company and its subsidiaries with their ownership stakes, in one view.
